Your satisfaction is our priority at Lynx Theory. While we strive to ensure every customer is pleased with their order, we understand that exceptions may occur. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
I. Return Policy
How to request a return:
If your order doesn't meet your expectations, please email us at team@lynxtheory.com, and we'll provide you with the necessary return shipping address and guidelines.
Our 30-day exchange or refund guarantee starts from the day your order arrives.
Please note that any customs charges (import duty or tax) incurred during the return process are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method or requesting proof of postage, as we cannot refund or exchange items lost during return shipping.
Orders returned after the 30-day exchange or refund window will be sent back to the customer.
Eligible items for return:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unwashed, unworn (except for trying on), and include all original tags, clips, and packaging. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer.
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items and orders placed during sitewide sales cannot be refunded.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings, nose rings, and lip rings are non-returnable.
II. Refund Policy
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 36 hours from the arrival of your return for the refund to be processed. You will receive a notification once the refund has been completed. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
