Shipping

We ship worldwide! Some countries do have restrictions for items entering the country. Please check whether your own country's government will allow the import of the items you purchase. 

You will receive an email when your order ships. Your order confirmation page will also update with information as your package moves.

We usually take 12-15 days from the date of order to fulfillment. We make products in small batches and follow a Just-in-Time (JIT) methodology to ensure attention to detail and focus on high quality rather than mass production.

Business days are Monday to Friday. 

We currently are experiencing high order volumes, you may experience shipping delays.

Sometimes this does happen — don't panic! A lot of the time they are delivered the next day, or they could be in a safe place, like with your neighbor. 

We do not offer refunds for orders that say they are delivered by confirmed tracking information. However, we still may be able to help you the best we can, whether this is with a replacement or something else. Get in touch so we can work out the details with you, as every lost order is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Sometimes packages may experience a delay. These delays usually clear within a day or two. If you think your package is lost, please get in touch with us right away.

We don't offer expedited processing times as we don't mass manufacture our products. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, and all orders are processed within the standard 5-7 day timeframe with additional shipping time to reach you.

We use high-quality copper alloy with durable platinum plating for most of our products to maintain their shine and longevity. All our materials are highly durable, and some of our products are made of sterling silver. Additionally, all our earrings feature S925 sterling silver posts, which prevent allergies and are the safest material for earring posts.

We use lab-created, high-quality gems and stones, and we try to avoid natural gems and stones unless they are recycled. We are committed to being environmentally friendly and sustainable. Lab-created gems and stones are made using the same chemical composition as natural ones and are 100% pure and clear compared to their natural counterparts, which are often not as pure.

Our jewelry is made from recycled metals, and while it is difficult to determine whether it is hypoallergenic or not, we have served almost 2000 clients, and none of them has complained to us about allergies. However, we recommend caution if you are highly sensitive to metal allergies. Our jewelry features an industrial-level high-quality polish that makes it water and tarnish-resistant, but it still requires care. For more information, please refer to our care instructions below.

To keep your Lynxessory looking new and shiny, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water and drying it with a soft cloth after every use. When not in use, keep your Lynxessory in the vacuum display box provided to minimize contact with natural elements. Additionally, avoid keeping it with coins or keys to prevent scratches. Follow these simple steps, and your Lynxessory will last for years to come!

Orders

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to keep track of your previous orders.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam/promotions folder as sometimes emails can land there. If you paid with PayPal, note that your confirmation will be sent to the email associated with your PayPal account, not your Lynx Theory account. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, contact us, and we will happily send you an update.

Orders may be canceled if there is an issue with your payment or if the item is out of stock. We will reach out to you if we need more information before canceling the order.

Yes, you can change your shipping address within 48 hours of your purchase. Please send us a message as soon as possible to request the change. If your item has already been shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible if the item does not reach you. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been paid for. However, if your order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct items. Please contact us here to start the cancellation process.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact us here. Please note that final sale items that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We take the quality of our products very seriously and we apologize for any disappointment caused by receiving a damaged item. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can address the issue and make things right. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and allow interest-free installments through Affirm and Klarna. Some options may be country-specific and require you to be logged into your account to see them.

Please note that customs taxes, duties, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay and we do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package. If your order is returned to us due to refusal to pay outstanding customs fees, you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

No problem! If you forgot to apply a discount code during checkout, just send us a message and we'll reimburse you for the difference. Please note that we cannot apply a discount code if another one was used at the time of purchase.

Affirm is a payment option that allows you to split your purchase into multiple interest-free payments over time. To use Affirm, simply select it as your payment option during checkout and follow the instructions to set up your payment plan. Please note that Affirm may not be available in all countries or for all products.

Klarna is a payment option that allows you to split your online purchase into three interest-free payments or pay in 30 days with no impact on your credit score. To use Klarna, simply add your items to the cart as usual and check out with Klarna. Returns and Exchanges

Yes, we offer returns for most of our items within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, please contact us here and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please note that items purchased from our Sale/Clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, earrings and lip cuffs are non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, and any clothing that has been worn (other than for a quick sizing check) is also non-returnable.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can ship your item back to us within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, including boxes, sleeves, and tags, and must not have any visible wear or damage. Please note that returns can take up to 3 weeks to process, but we strive to process them as quickly as possible.

Refunds for canceled orders take 3-5 business days to process. For returns, please ensure you provide us with a tracking number when you ship the item back. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will take 1-2 business days to process, and then 3-5 business days to be reimbursed on your original payment method.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns, but we do offer free standard shipping for any new items included in your exchange order.

Size Information

Our rings come in a standard 5.5 U.S. size but are open-ended, making it easy to adjust the size according to your preference. This feature allows you to wear our rings on different fingers and adjust them for a comfortable and secure fit.

Our phone holder features a spring mechanism that securely holds phones of various sizes, making it compatible with most regular-sized phones.

The holder is designed to fit a wide range of phones, including popular models like iPhone 14, 14 pro, 14 pro max, 13, 13 mini, 13 pro, 13 pro max, 12, 12 mini, 12 pro, 12 pro max, and lower. Additionally, Samsung Galaxy S22 ULTRA and below are supported.

Please note that the holder is not compatible with fold phones, Note edge, and Note 2. If you have a phone model that is not listed, please message us the model name, and we will let you know if it works for your phone.

At Lynx Theory, we understand that every ear is different. Our ear cuffs are designed to be unique and fit comfortably. However, if you encounter any issues with the fit of your ear cuffs, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to making sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase.

Gift Cards

We do! These come in $50, $100, $200, $500 amounts.

They are available as long as you have them! Some countries do have restrictions, please get in touch if you are unsure.

We do not exchange gift cards for a refund unless the balance is unused and it was purchased within 14 days.

We only allow gift cards to be used online.

You can purchase a gift card during the sale but it will be full price. You can, however, use a gift card during the sale to make a purchase.

The only thing in your package is the item itself, no packing slip or receipt is included.

We are unable to do this during peak periods, but please reach out and we will see what we can do for you.
